We are looking for an organized and responsible individual (m/f) who is naturally open, communicative, and collaborative and enjoys working in a dynamic environment, constantly in touch with customers and employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in the reception office – reception, back office
- Secretarial tasks for company management
- Organization of business trips and accommodations
- Assistance with marketing activities
- Management of company phones (communication with operators) and company vehicles (registration, technical inspection, etc.)
- Management of inventory and ordering of small inventory items and representation items
- Sorting and recording of incoming mail, dispatching mail, and organizing couriers
- Administration of ISO documentation
- Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Family-Friendly Company certificate
WE EXPECT:
- A well-groomed and positively oriented person
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 1 year of work experience in a comparable position
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Active knowledge of Slovenian and English
- Self-initiative, responsibility, and reliability
- Driving license category B
- No criminal record
